RETREAT AGENDA

Day 1

4:00-5:00 PM: Arrival. Check-in. Tour the Retreat House, Room Assignments.
5:00 PM Welcome & Orientation!
6:00 PM: Get-To-Know-You Activity 💜, Intentions, & Guided Mindfulness.
7:00 PM: Dinner
8:00 PM: Open Time (walk, hot tub, relax, journal, sit around the fire, conversation, etc.)
10:30 PM: Quiet Time

Day 2

7:30 AM Keep sleeping or start the day with movement (walk, run, yoga, pilates, or pickleball options)
8:30 AM: Breakfast & Getting ready
10:00 AM: Morning Meditation & Guided Journaling
10:30 AM: Personal Development Workshop & Group Coaching Circle
12:00 PM: Lunch & Open Time. Time to connect, swim, rest & relax, pickleball, go to Saint George's quaint downtown for some shopping on Main Street, YOUR CHOICE ☺️!
3:00 PM: Group Coaching Circle
4:30 PM: Restorative Yoga (All Levels. No experience needed.)
5:30 PM: Dinner - You can eat out or in.
7:00 PM: Giving Birth to The Authentic Self Birthday Party with "Favorites" Gift Exchange and Birthday Cake 🎉🧁
8:00 PM: Evening Free Time. Time to hot tub, sit by fire, enjoy conversation, play pickleball, or go into the City Center.
10:30 PM: Quiet Time

Day 3

7:30 AM: Morning hike in Snow Canyon with Guided Meditation (take snacks) 🏜️
10:30 AM: Group Brunch - We will enjoy one of Saint George's cafe's or restaurants (Farmstead, Feel Love, First Watch). You're also welcome to eat at the retreat house if you prefer.
12:00 PM: Sound bath 🌟
1:30 PM: Lunch & Free Time. Time to connect, swim, rest & relax, pickleball, go to Saint George's quaint downtown for some shopping on Main Street, 
4:30 PM: Personal Development Workshop & Group Coaching Circle
6:00 PM: Yin Yoga (strech yoga. No experience needed)
7:00 PM: Dinner
8:00 PM: Evening Open Time. Time to hot tub, sit by fire, enjoy conversation, play pickleball, or go into the City Center.
10:30 PM: Quiet Time

Day 4

7:00 AM: Keep sleeping or start the day with movement. Options for walking, running, pickleball, or yoga/pilates.
8:00 AM: Breakfast 
9:00 AM: Group Check-In/Check-Out & Reflections 🌸
10:00 AM: Pack & Goodbyes
11:00 AM: Out of retreat home & final departure.

ABOUT YOUR HOST -  JENNY MORROW, MS, MFT

Jenny Morrow has spent the last 19 years in the fields of Personal Development and Relationship Science, working as a Licensed Marriage Therapist, Relationship Coach, and Retreat Facilitator. She is also a trained yoga teacher and is passionate about the mind-body connection.

Jenny is married to Bryce Bauer, and describes her relationship as an opportunity to be real and authentic in ways she had never before experienced. Jenny loves walking, yoga, teaching, trying different foods, and being with family and friends.

Along with teaching some of the personal development workshops, Jenny brings in various guest instructors and holistic providers for her retreats!

Jenny is the author of the new book, just released in December 2023: Mastering Boundaries:The Most Powerful Relationship Tool to Advance Self Love, Marriage, Friendships, Family, Dating and Beyond.
