Day 1- Begin The Journey
4:00-5:00 PM: Arrival. Check-in. Tour the Retreat House, Room Assignments (Those who registered the earliest will choose rooms first).

7:30 PM: Intentions & Guided Mindfulness
8:00 PM: Open Time (walk, hot tub, relax, journal, sit around the fire, conversation, etc.)

Day 2 - Deepening
8:00 AM: Start the day with movement (options include walking, running, swimming, yoga, or pilates), or continue sleeping if you would like more rest.
9:00 AM: Breakfast & Getting ready

11:00 AM: Advanced Relationship Workshop & Coaching 🌟

3:00 PM: Advanced Relationship Workshop & Coaching
4:30 PM: Yin Yoga (Stretch Yoga) and sound bath
6:00 PM: Group Dinner (Includes an Authentic Relating Practice)

Day 4 - Reflection
